Lucy Leonard is an artist and architectural designer. Born in London in 1978, she trained in architecture at the Bartlett, UCL (BSc, DipArch) and in visual arts at Goldsmiths College (MA Textiles). Lucy has exhibited at group shows in London, including Material Intelligence (Entwistle, 2003), Blink (Gasworks, 2006) and Lost Found and Imagined (Salt Projects, 2006). Internationally, she has contributed to the One Minute Film Festival (Aarau, Switzerland, 2007) and her article Archive Fever in Patterns of Domestic Order was recently published in Haecceity Papers (vol.3/issue1, fall 2007, Sydney University Press). Lucy’s latest installation work Archive/Power/Play opened at the m2 Gallery in Peckham to coincide with London Open House.
